Welcome

My interest in radio began with listening to shortwave broadcasts and public safety services. I had met several hams that peaked my interest in amateur radio, but I never got around to getting a license. In September 2007 a friend who had recently got his Tech license told me about a new amateur radio repeater in our community. That got me interested enough so I finally got my license, callsign KI4ZSF. Two months later, I upgraded to General, a year later I upgraded to Extra and changed my callsign to AD4WX.
The Amateur radio hobby has and continues to be a lot of fun and a great learning experience for me.

If you need my state, county or grid square, contact me and we'll sked a QSO.
I confirm QSOs on LoTW (preferred), eQSL, QRZ, Clublog and HRDLog.
